Malibu is not your average tanning salon, we are not about just putting clients in the beds and tanning them, we strive to educate each and every client to help them the best way. Our managers are looking for someone who has some experience and who is willing to train to gain even more. We want our staff to be knowledgeable of our products, our beds, our lamps, and how they work. We look for someone who has creativity and drive to make our salon a fun and enjoyable place for our clients to visit. We want each staff member to strive to achieve their goals and to help the other employees meet theirs, we want a motivator!
Our staff members must have outgoing personalities and not be afraid to reach out to our clients and talk to each and every one of them. You must be able to handle stressful situations as we get very busy at times and may have lots of people waiting to tan. In these situations you have to make the clients waiting comfortable and take this time to sell, sell, sell!
Malibu cannot stress enough that this is a sales position. You must know our products and packages and talk about these to every client. This helps the company and most of all helps you to reach your goals which makes you money! Make sure your composure and appearance are top notch and you are on top of every situation.
Malibu of course needs employees who can follow our basic rules, reliability is a key, you must be dependable to work your shifts and be on time, you must have good behavior and follow the rules like wearing your uniform to every shift.
